– 8 oz (about 225g) penne or your favorite pasta
– 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, diced
– 6 slices of bacon, chopped
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup heavy cream
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
