Alfredo Chicken Wings

– 2 pounds chicken wings, split at joints, tips discarded
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup all-purpose flour, for dredging
– Vegetable oil, for frying

For the Alfredo Sauce:

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.

3. Dredge each wing in flour, shaking off any excess.

4. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes per batch. Place the fried wings on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.

5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter for the Alfredo sauce. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low.

7. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Remove the Alfredo sauce from heat.

9. Toss the fried chicken wings in the Alfredo sauce until they are well coated.

10. Transfer the sauced wings to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

11. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until they are heated through and the Alfredo sauce is bubbly.

12. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Serve the Alfredo Chicken Wings hot as a delicious and indulgent appetizer or snack. Enjoy!
